Dr Hotak is a medical doctor turned serial social entrepreneur, philanthropist and young leader, who is driven by his passion to find solutions for the many challenges our society faces today. He is a strong tri-sector leader with extensive experience in the public, private and non-governmental sectors. As a serial entrepreneur, he has founded, sits on the board of and has led London Partners Corporation, Afghanistan Investment Fund, International Digital Chamber of Commerce, British Asians Public Affairs Committee and Invest In Great Britain.

Dr Hotak is a national and internationally renowned speaker in the media, think-tanks, academia, conferences and seminars on innovation, entrepreneurship, international trade, foreign direct investment and leadership. He holds an MBChB in Medicine from Leeds Medical School and certificates in International Organization Management, Smart Business Growth, Entrepreneurship, Venture Capital, Globalisation and Leadership.

As the chairman of British Digital Chamber, Dr Hotak is responsible for the organisation’s strategy, overseas its management and builds its partnerships with stakeholders from public, private and non-governmental sector.


Ms Shevchenko is an ACA qualified chartered accountant, committed team player and a seasoned people as well as organisational management executive. She has over 7 years of experience working in the financial, banking and capital markets industry providing financial audit, financial consulting, EU trade regulation advisory, transactional and structured finance related services to a wide variety of leading global financial, business and government sector clients. She has led and advised both private and public sector clients which has included Bank of England, European Central Bank, Deutsche Bank, Barclays, Santander Bank, Royal Bank of Scotland as well as the government of Ukraine, Georgia and Moldova.

Furthermore, Ms Shevchenko is the founder of Ukraine Foundation and International Business Tribune, a global digital business magazine. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business & Finance, a master’s degree in International Economics, a second master’s degree in IT Management and received her ACA qualification from Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) while working for PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC).

Mr Qazizada is a highly qualified management executive and comes from a strong background in the risk assurance, information technology and cyber security industry. He has worked as a cyber security expert with global information technology firms such as Computer Science Corporation (CSC), International Business Machines (IBM), KPMG, Direct Line Insurance Group and Bupa Healthcare. Mr Qazizada brings with him in-depth knowledge of information security, risk assurance, incident handling, compliance and audit, networking, system administration, security architecture, and forensic computing. He has advised leading global financial corporations and international government agencies.

Furthermore, Mr Qazizda is the Founder of Qazizada IS Consulting Ltd, President of Help Afghan Orphan Children and Director of British Afghan Chamber of Commerce. He holds a B.Sc in computing, an M.Sc in internet security and speaks six different languages.
